The Florida Reggio Emilia Collaborative -The Hundred Languages of Children- Exhibit
Collaborating with our Community Partners involved in the planning of the Reggio Emilia Conference Presentations.
Alise Shafer, Director of Evergreen Community School has been an essential mentor for Bottega’s professional development. Sylvia De Armas, Claudia Carmona and Widad Akle traveled to Evergreen Community School to learn from Alise and her faculty. They have translated the Reggio Emilia Approach using the Social Constructivist Framework in an American Context. Alise has also visited Bottega and has observed our faculty giving them pertinent strategies that has helped develop our program.
Bottega is a school that pursues constant reflective practice with the intention to support the student’s natural curiosity about the world.
